Missouri and Illinois

A Professional Practice of Trial and Appellate Attorneys and Counselors

From our offices overlooking the Gateway Arch and the Mississippi River in Downtown St. Louis, Goldstein and Price, L.C. is located at the geographic center of the bi-state Missouri and Illinois region. For almost sixty years, since our firm’s inception in the 1950s, we have represented clients in the federal and state courts in Missouri and Illinois. From Chicago to Kansas City, and in Madison County, St. Louis and a host of other points in between, we are actively litigating in the trial and appellate courts and before administrative agencies. All of our attorneys are admitted to practice in both Missouri and Illinois.

Bounded and crisscrossed by waterways, including the Mississippi, Illinois, Ohio and Missouri Rivers, in addition to Lake Michigan and Lake of the Ozarks, the region is one of the focal points of our national maritime practice. Port districts, railroads, towboat and barge companies, banks, insurers, energy producers, food processors, grain companies and others who are active in or are affected by agribusiness and the transportation industries regularly seek our advice and counsel regarding how to operate more efficiently and effectively given the legal and regulatory constraints they face.
